Mark Domaille has worked within a legal, compliance, and risk environment for over 25 years prior to co-founding ThreeSixty with Stephen in October 2023.

The last 7 years have been within a global bank where his key focus has been working alongside and advising board members and senior stakeholders across different parts of the business and several European locations on areas within the risk management space. He was Head of Governance and Reporting for Wealth & Personal Banking and held a senior position in a European Risk role as well as spending 5 years with Compliance, leaving there as Head of Oversight and Reporting. 

This has provided him with a broad range of skills and expertise in corporate governance, management information, business risk assessments, financial crime risk policies and procedures, adherence to regulatory handbooks (Channel Islands and Isle of Man), and regulatory reporting as well as being instrumental in data preparations for regulatory visits.

Born in Guernsey and educated at Elizabeth College, Mark holds qualifications from the International Compliance Association, Institute of Leadership & Management and Chartered Management Institute.
